Technopark: Houssni Job bets on youth employability through digital transformation

Employability of young graduates through intensive training and retraining programs, HR support for companies to successfully complete their digital transformation projects: these are the two strategic pillars of Houssni Job, a startup founded by Keltoum Houssni and based at the Technopark in Casablanca since 2021.

Driven by the vision of its founder, with over 17 years of experience in major companies in the technology sector, Houssni Job positions itself as a startup specialized in developing digital skills and facilitating youth employment in Morocco. Its mission: to make human capital the essential lever for digital transformation.

The company focuses its efforts on young graduates with two-year degrees, offering them retraining programs targeted at digital professions, such as software development and mastery of digital platforms, to better meet the growing needs of the market.

« Since its creation, Houssni Job has already supported more than 1,700 young people, whether in launching their own projects or through retraining programs for careers with high employability potential, » proudly notes its founder, Keltoum Houssni.

Projects with GIZ and the Mohammed V Foundation for Youth Employability

In 2024, the startup carried out two major retraining projects. The first, conducted in partnership with the German cooperation program GIZ, provided training for 60 young graduates with two-year degrees in experimental sciences and mathematics. Over six months, these young people followed a retraining program in software development, which concluded with a job dating event. This event led to the full professional integration of the program’s graduates, mainly within the banking, customer relations, and digital services sectors.

The second project was carried out in collaboration with the Mohammed V Foundation and provided training and support to more than 50 young entrepreneurs as part of the Solidarity Very Small Enterprises Center (CTPES) program. This project aimed to support project leaders through training modules in digital marketing, human resources, and soft skills development.

Building on the success of these two projects, Houssni Job recently established strategic partnerships with three faculties of Hassan II University as well as several major higher education institutions.

« The goal of these collaborations is to support students and graduates in their professional integration by providing them with the skills and resources needed to enter the job market more quickly, » emphasizes its founder, Keltoum Houssni.

In addition to its commitment to youth, the company also offers support services to businesses seeking to successfully complete their digital transformation. It intervenes upstream, particularly in the recruitment of specialized human resources and change management, facilitating the integration of new technologies and digital processes within organizations.
