French industrial group VDS, specialized in metalworking, industrial piping, and the fabrication of metal structures, has announced its establishment in Morocco through the creation of its subsidiary Technopolyester.
This new entity, based in Casablanca, will be dedicated to the manufacturing of polyester, steel, and stainless steel tubes, hollow tubes, and accessories, according to sources consulted by TelQuel.
The establishment of Technopolyester in Morocco is part of VDS Group’s expansion strategy in North Africa. Founded in 1997, VDS Group is active in several industrial sectors, including chemicals, petrochemicals, nuclear, and infrastructure. The group, headquartered in France, has several subsidiaries and production sites internationally.
According to the subsidiary’s bylaws, Technopolyester will be led by Pierre Maurice Vadas, who also represents VDS Management, a joint-stock company registered in France. The company plans to operate primarily in the manufacturing and marketing of industrial solutions using composite and metallic materials.
VDS Group was assisted in its establishment in Morocco by the Legal Advisory Sentissi firm, specializing in the soft landing of European industrial companies in Morocco.
