As part of the new health measures implemented by U.S. authorities against Ebola, passengers who have been in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Uganda, or South Sudan during the 21 days prior to their arrival in the United States are not permitted to travel on RAM flights to the country.

Exceptions may, however, apply in accordance with U.S. government guidelines, and passengers authorized to travel may be required to enter through designated airports and undergo enhanced health screenings upon arrival. The airline urges affected passengers to verify their eligibility to travel before departure.

Regarding the situation in the Middle East, RAM notes that some flights have been canceled. The airline advises affected passengers not to go to the airport and to contact their original sales point or the airline’s call center to explore available options.

RAM also recommends that all passengers check their flight status and update their contact information via the “Manage My Booking” section on its website.
